| 摘 要： | 高职院校学生的思想教育工作是我国高等教育的重要组成部分,如何对学生进行科学有效的思想教育是教育工作者长期探讨的问题。笔者在分析学生思想状况的基础上,从四个方面分析高职院校学生思想教育工作的途径和方法：职业规划教育是大学生思想教育工作的基石;社会主义核心价值体系教育是大学生思想教育工作的出发点和归宿;心理健康教育是大学生思想教育工作的主线;辅导员工作是大学生思想教育工作的重要保障。

| Abstract: | Ideological education of vocational college students is an important component of China’s higher education.How to educate students scientifically and effectively is also an issue worth exploring.In 4 aspects this paper integrates experience into the ideological status of students and analyzes the ways and methods of improving the ideological education.Careers planning education is the cornerstone;The socialist core value system of education is the starting and ending point;Mental health education is the main line of ideological education of college students;and student counselors’ work is an important guarantee for ideological education of college students. |
