| 摘 要： | 高职院校学生培养目标有自己的特点，对学生进行就业指导是班主任工作中的一个重点。文章从“新生入校积极引导”、“学业中期铺设平台”、“学生毕业实践时的重点指导”三方面入手，重点探讨了高职院校的班主任就业指导由浅入深的工作方法。

| Abstract: | As the goal of students training in higher vocational colleges possesses its own special characteristics, it is essential to offer students the employment guidance. This article explores the career guidance work of the class tutors in higher vocational colleges gradually from three aspects ： 1. ＂active guidance-carrying on career guidance well when enrolling new students＂ ; 2. ＂laying platform-doing well career guidance work in the middle of studies＂ ; 3. ＂key guidance-performing career guidance well during the procedure of students＇ graduation practice＂. |
