| 摘 要： | 大学生就业难是当前社会发展的一个突出问题。大学生就业难有经济的、社会的、教育的和大学生自身等方面的原因。解决这个问题的对策有:加快我国产业结构调整,增加就业岗位总量;强化政府服务职能,畅通就业渠道;深化高校教育改革,加强就业指导;更新大学生就业观念,全面提升自身素质。
