| 摘 要： | 通过文献资料,问卷调查等方法,从锻炼的动机、场所、时间、时段、频率、项目以及体育消费水平等方面对临汾市尧都市区老年人体育锻炼的现状进行调查.对影响老年人体育锻炼的因素进行了较全面、客观的分析.在此基础上根据调查结果提出合理化的建议,为推动全民健身计划的实施提供科学依据,为尧都区经济建设和社会发展服务.

| Abstract: | By using the methods of literature and questionnaire,this paper investigates on current situation of the physical training of senior citizen in Yaodu district from the aspects of exercise motive,place,time, time interval,frequency,project and sports consumption level.It carries on comprehensive and objective analysis on the factors affecting the senior citizen, puts forward the rationalization proposal according to the investigation result,provides the scientific basis to impel all the people body-building plan implementation and serves the economic development and the social development for Yaodu district. |
