To strengthen teachers＇ professional skills training for English majors is fundamental for normal colleges and universities to achieve their target of fostering high-quality modem English teachers for elementary education. According to the present problems in teachers＇ professional skills training in normal colleges and universities, this paper centers on The Standard of the English New Curriculum in Senior Middle Scheol and founds multi-cultivating approaches, using the theory of microteaching as guidance and courses as carriers, focusing on trainiug and applying the evaluation to English teaching.
