论高师英语专业学生的教师职业技能培养途径

摘    要:
加强高师英语专业学生的教师职业技能训练是高师院校实现培养目标。为基础教育培养高素质新型英语教师的一项重要任务。针对当前高师学生教师职业技能培齐中普遍存在的问题,提出在英语专业教学中围绕新英语课程标准,创建以微格数学理论为指导、以课程为载体、以训练为主线、以评价为手段的多元化的培养途径。

Abstract:
To strengthen teachers' professional skills training for English majors is fundamental for normal colleges and universities to achieve their target of fostering high-quality modem English teachers for elementary education. According to the present problems in teachers' professional skills training in normal colleges and universities, this paper centers on The Standard of the English New Curriculum in Senior Middle Scheol and founds multi-cultivating approaches, using the theory of microteaching as guidance and courses as carriers, focusing on trainiug and applying the evaluation to English teaching.
