Study on Wushu Sanshou Tactic Training

Today the counterwork of Wushu Sanshou compatitions is becoming more and more serious , and coaches and athletes pay more attention to the situation to make athletes win the games by employing tactics according to the fighting situation. Tactic ability is a very important part of competitive ability and tactic training has become one of important parts of modern Sanshou training system. The article explores and analyses the importance of tactics in competitive ability, the composing of Sanshou tactics, training principles and methods, basic requirements of fighting training, in order to offer some useful references for coaches and athletes.
