摘    要:中小学生课业负担除了在量上加以衡量外,还应从其结构、来源以及学生个体对课业负担的态度、情绪体验等各个层面予以考虑:第一,课程设置、智育结构等方面是否合理化,将直接导致学生课业负担程度的差异;第二,来自学校、教师和家长等内外部压力是导致学生课业负担的重要因素之一;第三,学生个体对课业负担的态度情绪也会对学生课业负担程度产生影响。基于此,上述因素应成为我们衡量中小学生课业负担轻重的重要依据。
