农村教师“特岗计划”存在的问题及其对策

摘    要:农村义务教育阶段学校特设岗位计划实施四年多来,农村教育得到了极大的发展,但在实施过程中也遇到了许多问题,比如特岗教师对环境不适,心理问题无人关注;教学任务过重,工资待遇过低;教师入职后没有进行后期的跟踪管理,众多问题得不到解决,造成教师流失等。为解决这些问题必须采取如下的相应措施:创造良好氛围,加强对特岗教师的人文关怀;合理安排特岗教师的教学任务,并相应提高其工资待遇;加强对特岗教师的后期跟踪管理与服务,做好宣传工作。只有这样,才能使特岗计划得到更长远的发展。
