| 摘 要： | 中国加入WTO之后,外国公司的大举进入使中国企业面临着挑战与机遇,通过与外国公司建立战略联盟成为提高企业技术能力的重要方式。技术所处阶段与特征决定了所需建立的战略联盟类型,通过案例分析阐释建立战略联盟来提高企业技术能力的核心是组织学习过程。

| Abstract: | After China's entry into WTO,foreign companies crowd in.Chinese enterprises face not only challenge but also opportunity.This paper puts forward that technological phase and feature lead to building of different types of strategic alliances.Based on case study,this paper finds that the core to enhance technological capabilities through strategic alliance is organizational learning. |
