| 摘 要： | 社会主义法治是社会主义政治文明的重要组成部分。而且，在社会主义政治文明建设中，社会主义法治起着构筑和造就社会主义政治主体文明的重要作用，有助于促进和形成社会主义政治意识文明、政治关系文明和政治制度文明，引导和规范着社会主义政治行为文明。只有加强社会主义法治，才能有效地推动社会主义政治文明建设。

| Abstract: | The law of socialism is a important part which consist of the socialism civilization, and the socialism political civilization is built on it during the development of the socialism.The socialism law enhance and constitute the socialism political consciousness, relation and system. It guides and norm the political behavior civilization. We can push the socialism political civilization only if we enhance the socialism law. |
