摘    要:改革开放前,党的教育方针只提德育、智育、体育全面发展,改革开放后,曾有德智体美四育并举和德智体美劳五育并举之争,争论之后仍提德智体全面发展;在第三次全国教育工作会议上,中共中央、国务院改提为德智体美等全面发展①,江总书记强调了这个提法.②

Abstract:Before the reform and the practice of open policy,the edification policy of the Party had been general development in the aspects of moral,intellectual,and physical education.After that,there was the argument between 4 aspect education and 5 aspect education(i.e.general development in the aspects of moral,intellectual,physical,and labor education)Now,it is general development in the aspects of moral,intellectual,physical and aesthetic education;and some other aspects,which is put forward by the Central Party Committee and the State Department.General Secrtary Jiang Zemin emphasizes this idea.
