关于大学生婚育权与高校管理权的思考

随着2005年9月新的《普通高等学校学生管理规定》的颁布，大学生婚育权与高校管理权之间的矛盾关系成为社会热点。其实，如果从法律层面说，大学生婚育权属于人权，自然高于管理权。从管理模式上说，高校对于大学生婚育应当积极输导而不是一概封杀。从文化层面上说，我们应当去除封建的东西，主动帮助大学生树立正确、健康的婚育观。
