网络环境下高校图书馆信息资源共建共享的研究

网络化和数字化是现代图书馆的主要特征,网络已经成为高校图书馆新的运行平台。本文分析了网络环境下高校图书馆信息资源的共建共享的必要性,讨论了高校图书馆文献资源共建共享现状,并提出了网络环境下高校图书馆信息资源共建共享的措施。在网络环境下,高校图书馆信息资源的共建与共享不仅能够避免信息资源的重复建设,也可以解决文献经费不足的难题,使馆藏资源得以持续性发展。

The Sharing and Construction of Information Resources of University Library Under the Network Environment

Internet provides numerous and various information,which provides more choices for the information construction of university libraries.This paper discussed the necessity of resources sharing and construction in university libraries,while proposals and methods to improve the resource sharing and construction were provided.In network environments,the library of the university must consider together the need of teaching and research,and reinforced its technical resources,information resources and professional personnel.The sharing and construction of information resources in university libraries would make most of modern facilities and provide effective information service to fulfill consumer＇s requirements,although the funds of university libraries cannot afford the information construction.
