儿童三轮车装配线平衡问题探析

通过对某公司的一条儿童三轮车装配生产线的个案分析．对现有生产线进行了现场观测以及改善。说明了基础工业工程技术在生产线平衡改善中的作用．运用秒表测时的方法，找出瓶颈工位，对工位进行了合并和重组，通过对瓶颈工序的分析，最大限度地将瓶颈工序的动作分配到其它非瓶颈工序，提高儿童三轮车装配的生产效率．

The Children Tricycle Assembly Line Balancing Problem Analysis

In this paper, through the study of a production line of a company, the existing production line ot site observation and improve, illustrates the basic industrial engineering technology in the production line balanc- ing role. By using the method of the stopwatch, bottleneck, the position of the merger and reorganization, through the analysis of the bottleneck, will maximize the bottleneck action assigned to other non bottleneck process.
