| 摘 要： | 新中国成立后,我省零售商业经历了三个发展阶段.现阶段,我省零售商业出现了业态多元化、新业态和主力业态逐步显现、连锁经营异军突起、效益滑坡等新特征.为了进一步推动我省零售商业的发展,适合采取规模化战略、专业化经营、本土化运作和错位竞争四大竞争对策.

| Abstract: | Since the establishment of People's Republic of China, the retail business in Fujian province has gone through three stages. At present, the retail business in Fujian Province are taking the characteristics of multi-commercial forms, the appearance of new commercial forms and main force commercial forms, the rise of chain management and the falling of benefits. In order to promote the development of retail business in Fujian Province, it is necessary to take the countermeasures of large-scale management, specialization management, localization running and variant competition. |
