| 摘 要： | 高新技术企业是产业转型升级的主力军,因此高新技术企业的投入产出效率就显得尤为重要。以46家湖北省高新技术上市企业作为研究对象,从研发投入、员工工资投入以及购建资产投入三个角度与主营业务收入进行回归分析,研究湖北省高新技术企业投入产出的现状,并提出优化投入产出效率的措施。

| Abstract: | High-tech enterprises are the main force of industrial transformation and upgrading, so input-output efficiency of high-tech enterprises is particularly important. This paper, take 46 high-tech listed companies in Hubei Province as the research object, from three angles, R D investment, wages and salaries investment and the acquisition or construction of assets invested into, with regression analysis of the main business income, studied the input and output the status quo of high-tech enterprises in Hubei Province, and proposed measures to optimize the efficiency of input and output. |
