TbCo非晶薄膜垂直各向异性的磁偶极模型分析

摘    要:根据稀土-过渡金属薄膜中原子磁矩的亚铁磁结构排列,建立TbCo非晶垂直磁化膜磁各向异性的磁偶极模型,依此计算TbCo非晶垂直磁化膜磁各向异性能Ku值随温度的变化.与实验测量结果比较,稀土原子、过渡金属原子以及稀土-过渡金属原子之间的磁偶极相互作用,只是TbCo薄膜存在垂直磁各向平性的次要部分.

Abstract:According to the ferrous magnetic structure arrangement of atomic matrix in the rare earth-transition metal thin film,the magnetic dipole model of TbCo non-crystalline film of perpendicular magnetic anisotropy in has been established,with which Ku of the perpendicular magnetic anisotropy in TbCo non-crystalline film's change with the temperature to be calculated.Compared with the experimental result,we find that the mutual effect of dipole magnetism between atoms of the rare earth,the transition metal and the rare earth-transition metal is only the secondary part of the perpendicular magnetic anisotropy in TbCo film.
