跆拳道后踢技术在比赛中的应用与分析

后踢是跆拳道比赛中最为常用的动作之一,也是运动员反击对方进攻的主要技术。文章运用文献资料法、录像观察法、数据统计法等研究方法,对我国跆拳道运动员在比赛中后踢技术的运用情况进行比较分析,为提高我国男子跆拳道运动员的技术水平提出相应的对策与建议,并在此基础上为今后的训练和技术运用能力提供一些参考和理论依据。

Application and Analysis of Taekwondo Kicks in the Competitions
