| 摘 要： | 技术获取方式是企业技术战略的重要组分,对企业竞争力及可持续发展具有深远影响。以陕西省的178家企业为研究对象,结合陕西省企业发展和所处技术环境的实际情况,针对外部技术获取模式和内部技术获取对企业绩效的影响提出了假设,并对内部技术获取在外部技术获取和企业绩效的关系上扮演的是调节作用还是中介作用做了检验。结果表明:无论是外部技术获取还是内部技术获取都对于企业绩效有较显著的正面影响;内部技术获取对于外部技术获取和企业绩效间的关系的调节作用并不显著,但存在部分中介作用。
