| 摘 要： | 改革开放以来,伴随着农村经济体制的转轨以及现代化进程的推进,农村社会出现了阶层分化。新兴的农民阶层为新农村建设作出了重大贡献,也带带来了新的不稳定性因素,影响新农村建设与和谐社会的构建。

| Abstract: | after the implementation of the openingup and reform policy,as the transformation of the rural economic system and the development of modernization,new stratum division has emerged in the countryside.The new peasants stratum has made great contribution to the construction of the new countryside,meanwhile,they has also brought about some unstable factors which have affected the progress of building the new countryside and harmonious society.Therefore,at present it's the fundamental task of building the new countryside to deal with the profit relationship in the process of peasants division,smooth down the social conflicts and increase the income of the peasants. |
