“反思性教学”的研究与实践

摘    要:反思性教学一经出现便引起教育界的广泛关注.采用文献资料法、理论分析法,对反思性教学的概念、特征、教学环节的模型加以分析,并对反思性教学在学校体育学课程教学中的应用问题进行了初步探讨.实践证明,反思性教学是科学、合理的教学模式,它以解决问题为基点,以教师的"学会教学"和学生的"学会学习"为目的,以增强教师的责任感为突破口.应用"反思性教学"可以促进教师发展,提高教学质量.

Abstract:Some people have paid more attention to it since the reflective teaching emerge.This thesis analyses concept,characteristic and teaching model of the reflective teaching by the methods of document inquisition and theoretical analysis,and it discusses a question on how to apply the reflective teaching during the class of school physical education theory.Practice shows that the reflective teaching is a kind of scientific and rational teaching model which treats solving question as a basic point,treats teachers'learning to teach and students'learning to study as its aim and treats reinforcing teachers'sense of responsibility as a breakthrough.This teaching method can promote teachers'development and improve quality of teaching.
