| 摘 要： | ISO9000质量管理体系体现了现代管理思想的精华,在高职院校中建立ISO9000教育质量管理体系,有利于与国际标准接轨,有利于增强服务观念,有利于科学规范管理和提高教育质量。本文进而分析高职院校建立ISO9001教育质量管理体系的必要性和可行性,提出了建立其体系的主要框架和基本步骤。

| Abstract: | ISO9000 quality management system reflects the bloom of modern management thoughts.The establishment of the ISO9000 Quality Management System in vocational institutions is conducive to international standards.It helps to strengthen the concept of service and is conducive to form scientific and standardized management and improve the quality of education.The paper further analyzes the need for feasibility proposes to establish the ISO 9001 Quality Management System in vocational institutions.It also points out the main framework and the basic steps to establish the system. |
