| 摘 要： | 本文讨论了技术复杂性的概念和分类方法 ,从产品复杂性和过程复杂性两个维度探讨了技术复杂性对集权化程度、规范化程度、复杂性程度、横向差异和纵向差异等五个组织设计结构性维度的影响 ,并根据技术复杂性的发展趋势预示了未来组织是一种有机性结构。

Technological complexity and the impact on organizational structure |

| Abstract: | This Article discusses the concept and the classifier methods of the technological complexity. It is presented that product complexity and process complexity impact the structural dimensions on organiations, such as centralization, formalization, complexity, horizontal differentiation, and vertical differentiation. According to the trends of technological complexity, the authors consider that the organizational structure in the future is organism. |
