论高校田径教学中的困境与有效教学方法

近年来，随着我国高校体育教学改革的不断深入，高校田径教学中存在的问题开始逐渐暴露出来，高校田径教师也应当顺应高校体育改革的趋势，提高田径运动教学的趣味性和有效性，促进学生运动素质的全面发展。对此，本文在分析当前高校田径教学中面临的主要困境的基础上，探讨了提高高校田径教学质量的有效策略。

Study on Difficulties and Effective Teaching Methods in College Athletics Teaching

In recent years, as China＇ s college physical education reform continued to deepen, track and field teaching problems began gradually exposed, college sports teachers should also conform to the trend of reform to improve the athletics teaching interesting and effective and promote the comprehensive development of the quality of the student movement.
