家种黄芩与野生黄芩及黄芩主根不同部位的黄芩苷含量研究

摘    要:通过对家种黄芩与野生黄芩及黄芩主根不同部位的黄芩苷含量的研究表明:家种黄芩的黄芩苷含量显著或极显著高于野生黄芩;黄芩主根的根尖、根中、根头不同部位中,黄芩苷含量以根尖最高,根头次之,根中最少。其中,根尖的黄芩苷含量显著高于根中部的黄芩苷含量。

Abstract:Through the study of the topic,we know well that the content of baicalin from radix scutellariae planted at home is much higher than that from radix scutellariae growing in wild field. Among the different parts such us the top.the middle and the head,the content of baicalin in the top is the hightest,the head is lower and the middle is the lowest. Furthermore,the content of baicalin in the top is much higher than the middle part.
