多媒体视听资料馆藏新论

多媒体视听资料已经成为现代图书馆馆藏的重要组成部分,但是指导其馆藏建设实践活动的理论研究却相对落后,导致我国目前多媒体视听资料的采访实践活动存在较大的盲目性和随意性。要构建科学合理的多媒体视听资料馆藏体系,首先要制定多媒体视听资料馆藏发展政策,确立采访中应遵循的原则。在选择具体的视听资料时应遵照一系列标准因素来确定是否符合图书馆的馆藏发展政策,同时要注意处理好视听资料的一些特殊的关系问题。

Construction of Scientific and Rational Multimedia Collection

M ultimedia has been an important part of modern library collections.However,the theory of constructing multimedia collection is so out-dated that there are a lot of blindness and randomness in gathering multimedia document in our country.In order to construct an effective and rational multimedia collection system,we need to make a collection development policy and establish the rules of multimedia gathering at first.During select concrete audio and visual document,a series of standards should be abided in order to decide whether the multimedia literature accord with collection development policy or not.
