摘    要:CDIO代表构思(Conceive)、设计(Design)、实现(Implement)和运作(Operate)。基于CDIO的创造教育必须与专业教育相融合。因此,必须改革教学计划和考试体系,强化师资力量,改进教学手段,这是培养创造性人才的必要条件。

Abstract:CDIO stands for the four words of "Conceive","Design","Implement" and "Operate".The CDIO-based creative education should be integrated with professional education.To achieve the integration,curricula and examination are to be reformed,teaching staff are to be improved and educational methods are to be modified,as all the three aspects constitute the essential conditions of training creative talents.
