摘    要:在全球经济一体化背景下,随着科学技术的不断发展和广泛应用,中小企业既面临机遇也面临挑战。营销策略的竞争是企业竞争的重要方面,竞争的核心在于如何获得和拥有更多有价值的客户。对中小企业客户档案管理工作进行分析,结合营销策略的运用,提出客户管理工作中的营销策略创新思路,有利于提高中小企业的竞争力。

Abstract:Under the tendency of global economic integration,with the development of science and technology and application,small and medium-sized enterprises are faced with both opportunities and challenges.For the management of small and medium-sized enterprises,the competition of marketing tactics of enterprises in market competition is a very important link.The core of competition lies in how to acquire and possess more valuable customers.Through the small and medium-sized enterprise customer files management work analysis,this article combines with the marketing strategy and puts forward the marketing strategy innovation train of thought in the customer management so that enhance the competitiveness of small and medium-sized enterprises.
