基于有序信息集结的高校图书馆效率评价方法

图书馆评价对提高图书馆管理和运行效率至关重要。由于图书馆评价涉及的指标较多，有必要研究定量化的综合评价方法。有序加权平均算子是近年来发展起来的一种有效的信息集结方法，通常的加权平均是它的特例。本文探讨其在高校图书馆多指标效率评价方面的应用研究，获得满意的结果。

Method of Evaluating University Library Efficiency Based on Ordered Information Aggregation

Evaluation is very important for library to improve its management and increase its operating efficiency. As there are many indices involved with the evaluation of library, it is necessary to conduct studies on quantitative and comprehensive evaluation method. The Ordered Weighted Averaging Operators is a newly-developed effective information aggregation method. The ordinary weighted averaging is its special case. In this paper, we discuss the application of weighted averaging in evaluating the efficiency of multiple indices in university library and have obtained satisfactory results.
