数据仓库作为一个为业务的统计分析服务的数据中心，是近年来兴起的一种数据库的应用。目前,国际上多个电信运营商都已将数据仓库应用于发展客户关系管理，降低经营成本，提高客户满意度,增加经营利润等各个方面。本文从数据仓库实现的主要功用出发，以国际上多个具有代表性的电信企业为例，对国际电信业数据仓库的应用情况进行阐述。为国内电信业在数据仓库方面的发展提供前瞻性的视图和参考。

Status of Data Warehouse Application in International Telecommunications

As a Data Centre for statistic and analyse of business, Data warehouse is an arisen database application recently. At present, many telecommunications companies use it in so many aspects, include developing customer relationship management, depressing the cost of management, improving the level of client's satisfaction, increasing the profit of management, etc. Based on the basic function of data warehouse, with some cases of international telecommunications companies, this article described the applied instance of data warehouse in international telecommunications industry, and provided looking ahead views and reference for development of domestic telecommunications industry in the way of data warehouse.
