| 摘 要： | 高校辅导员是高等学校教师队伍和管理队伍的重要组成部分,辅导员队伍职业化会使辅导员定位和工作职责更加明确,有利于队伍的稳定和科研工作的开展,此为解决辅导员队伍工作弱化的有效措施。然而,高校辅导员职业化过程中会遇到一些问题,本文针对这些问题,提出一些解决方法。
