摘    要:以企业240名员工的问卷调查数据为基础,考察了员工感知的企业社会责任对建言行为的影响机制.研究结果显示,员工感知的企业社会责任对建言行为有显著的正向影响,组织信任在其间起中介作用;组织道德气氛在组织信任与建言行为的关系中起调节作用,高关爱型、高规则型道德气氛加强了组织信任对建言行为的积极影响,而高工具型道德气氛弱化了组织信任对建言行为的积极影响.

Abstract:The occurring mechanism of voice behavior is analyzed from the point of employee's perception on corporate social responsibility through a questionnaire survey on 240employees.The research findings show that employee's perception on corporate social responsibility has significant positive influence on voice behavior.Organizational trust acts as the mediator in this process.Organizational ethical climate plays an act as a moderator in the relationship between organizational trust and voice behavior.The ethical climate with more caring and rules can enhance the positive effects of organizational trust on voice behavior.The ethical climate of high tool type can weaken the positive effects of organizational trust on voice behavior.
