| 摘 要： | 基于企业基础研究与其创新能力关系的认识，着重分析了国内企业基础研究现状和存在的问题，并有针对性地提出了鼓励企业增加基础研究投入、引导企业与高校和科研机构之间建立基础研究网络、加强创新人才的培养和利用等几个方面的对策建议。

| Abstract: | Based on the relationship between basic research and indigenous innovation, this paper focused on the status of basic research in domestic enterprises and indicated the existing problems. Finally, the paper put forward several suggestions to solve the problems, including encouraging the investment on basic research by enterprises, establishing the basic research network between enterprises, universities and research institutes, and cultivating innovation talents etc. |
