| 摘 要： | 我国个人消费信贷受到需求、供给两方面的约束。我们要扩大内需，保持经济稳定增长，其中一方面是必须引导居民扩大消费。这就要求：加强引导，增加收入，简化手续，增加品种并完善各项配套措施，使个人消费信贷逐步发展。

| Abstract: | The individual consumption credit of our country is limited by both requirement and supply. We must expand internal requirement and keep the stable growth of economy, one side of which is to guide the inhabitants expanding consumption. Thus it is necessary to strengthen guidance, increase income, simplify procedures, increase varieties, complete various matched measures and make individual consumption credit gradually develop. |
