| 摘 要： | 为深入研究周恩来的人格风范，适应社会主义现代化建设的需要，近年来，学术界提出了“周恩来的精神”这一概念。“周恩来的精神”思想文化渊源十分复杂，既根源于马克思主义理论，又受到西方文化、中国传统文化特别是儒家文化的熏陶。儒家文化对“周恩来的精神”的影响主要表现在以下3个方面：怀民兴邦的入世情怀，和而不同的中庸精神和信守诺言的君子人格。
