经济院校大学生人格状况的调查分析

在21世纪知识经济时代，我们不仅要使大学生德智体美全面发展，而且要培养其具备健全的人格，以适应新时代的要求。通过对东北财经大学2558名大学生进行卡特尔16PF的测验发现：在16项基本人格特质中，各项得分均在4-7之间；而在8项次级人格项目中，专业有成就和新环境中成长能力的得分偏低。学校应通过开设心理健康课、建立心理档案及开展专业教育、社会适应、人际交往和潜能开发等团体训练来培养大学生的健全人格。

Investigation on economical college students'personality condition

Under the 21st century,we must develop the university students' moral,intelligence,body and virtue,moreover they must have the perfect personality to adapts the new times request.Through carried on the 16PF to 2558 university students to discover that:in 16 basic personality,each item score points between 4~7;but in 8 secondary personality,they had low scores in the specialty achievement and growing ability in the new environment.Each school should develop university students' perfect personality through opening the psychologically healthy class,establishing psychology file and developing professional education,society adapting,human communication and potential development training.
