| 摘 要： | 幼儿成长发育的过程中,身体机能的发育和心智能力的发展是相互影响、相互制约的,都是幼儿发展的重要方面。很多教育研究表明,体育活动在幼儿的生理和心理发展中起着至关重要的作用。体育活动除了强身健体外,还在培养和提高幼儿的智力、观察力、注意力、记忆力、意志力、个性发展等方面起到重要的作用。
