将民族传统体育项目引进师范院校普体课的相关研究

我国民族传统体育是中华民族在几千年的历史发展中所形成的各民族融合体。从个体价值而言,具有极强的健身、娱乐和竞技价值;从群体价值而言,具有道德教育、群体凝聚和文化传承的价值。而且民族传统体育运动项目内涵丰富,活动形式多样,可以使学生在具有浓厚的民族文化氛围中学习、健身、陶冶情操。有针对性地将一些民族传统体育项目引进师范院校普体课中具有较强的现实意义和教育意义。

A Relative Study on the Introduction of Traditional National Sport into General Pysical Education in Universities

Our traditional national sport is a multiracial mixture which has been developed through the national history of thousands of years. As regard to the individual value, it has the advantages of gymnasium, entertainment and athletics, Whereas, as for the masses, it is used in ethic education, the masses convergence and culture inheritance. Since it is rich in contents and diverse in pattern, it is useful for students to study, excersize and cultivate sentiment in such an atmosphere full of rich national culture. It is of great realistic and educational significance to introduce some traditional national sport items into pysical education in Universities.
