| 摘 要： | 积极心理学是20世纪末最早在西方兴起的一股重要的心理学力量，它主张心理学应对普通人如何在良好的条件下更好地发展、生活．具有天赋的人如何使其才能得到更充分发挥等方面进行大量的研究。然而．积极心理学并不是全新的内容，它继承了古近代西方哲学中的积极人性论思想，在研究对象和心理治疗等方面继承和发展了人本主义心理学的基本理念。本文试图从上述两个角度对积极心理学的渊源进行深入探讨。

| Abstract: | Positive psychology first started as an important psychological power in the West in late 20th century. It advocates that psychological studies should do large amount of research in how ordinary people could live in better conditions and develop better, and how talented people could full display themselves, However, such a psychological trend is not brand new since it inherits the positive theory of human nature in ancient and modern western philosophy and develops the basic concept of humanistic psychology in terms of research subjects and mental therapy. The article makes a deep research about positive psychology from the above two perspectives. |
