影响大学生外语阅读的因素及教学对策

摘    要:影响大学生外语阅读有3个主要因素:语言知识、阅读策略、文化背景知识,同时母语阅读习惯对大学生外语阅读的影响也不能忽视。在外语教学中提高大学生阅读能力的相应对策为:首先,要帮助学生掌握坚实的语言知识;其次,结合母语和外语的不同习惯介绍外语阅读方法和技巧;第三,通过培养学生对文化差异的敏感性和洞察力,进一步提高外语阅读能力。

Abstract:Beginning with analyzing the reading process,this paper points out three influential factors in foreign language reading:language knowledge,reading strategy and cultural background.Through discussing the difference between mother tongue reading and foreign language reading,we put forward some related teaching countermeasures to improve university students'reading ability:(1)to help students master the basic language knowledge;(2)to introduce some useful reading methods and skills;(3) to hetp them learn the cultural differences between Chinese and English.
