摘    要:新加坡南洋理工学院作为国际高等职业教育成功经验的典范,其在高职教育师资队伍建设及培训方面积累了丰富的经验,构建了完善而先进的师资培训体系,并将人本、超前、无界化、无货架寿命等理念融于其中。南洋理工学院的人力资源能力开发策略,其所营造的无限可能和多元机会的师资培养体系及师资能力开发策略,对我国高职院校构建师资培训体系具有重要的启示意义。

Abstract:A model in the international higher vocational education for its successful practices, Nanyang Polytechnic (NYP) in Singapore accumulates the rich experience in constructing and training teaching faculties team, with perfect and advanced training system integrated with people-oriented, leading, boundless and no shelf-life principles. NYP's human resources development strategy as well as its teachers' training system with infinite possibilities and multiple opportunities will surely play a significant role in Chin's constructing its own training the trainer system.
