谈中等职业学校德育工作的新途径

中等职业学校进行德育需根据中职生特殊心理进行。中职生在学习、生活、自我意识和个性等方面有其特殊的心理特征，如厌学倾向，人际关系问题，自卑，逆反心理强烈，情绪不稳定、可塑性大等。认为中等职业学校德育应以促进中职生品德发展为出发点，将德育目标细化；以形式多样、实用有趣的德育内容为载体；以提高德育师资队伍素质为重点；以完善的制度作为有力保障来进行。

Discussion on the new ways of moral education in middle vocational school

When the middle vocational school carries into moral education, it should consider the students＇special psychology in their study, life, self-conscious and personality, such as dislike study, problems about interpersonal relationship, self-abasement, adverse others, have unstable emotion, have strong plasticity and so on. On these bases, the author think that moral education in middle vocational school should be based on accelerating the development of students＇moral, tessellate moral education＇s aim, be based on varied forms and practical and interesting contents, stress teachers＂ quality＂ s promoting, and also need perfect system to guarantee the moral education.
