| 摘 要： | 职业学校办学水平和教育质量是人们目前关注的焦点,教师是提高职业教育质量的关键,教师队伍水平的高低决定了职业教育质量的优劣。本文在调查的基础上分析广西职业学校服装专业师资的现状和存在的问题,并针对之提出解决措施,力图为相关部门开展师资队伍的培养与建设提供有价值的参考。

| Abstract: | At present,people pay close attention to the teaching level and the quality of the secondary vocational school,for teacher is the key to improve the quality of the vocational education,the level of the teachers determine the quality of the vocational education.This paper is based on questionnaire,and then analysis the status and the problems of the fashion specialty teachers in the secondary vocational school of Guangxi,at the same time,proposed some solutions in order to provide valuable reference to the relevant departments or carrying out the construction and training of teachers. |
