摘    要:为推进安康市校本研修持续深入开展,探索行之有效的校本研修方法和途径是十分必要的。实践证明,搭建联片研修平台,借助优势学科、优秀教师的示范引领和教师全员研修,有利于推动全市中小学课堂教学有效性研究,提高教师的教学技能和专业化水平。通过近些年的探索实践,安康市农村学校在校本研修与联片教研的"合作"、"引领"下,教师的专业水平不断提升,在办学软实力上缩小了城乡教育差距,促进了市、县(区)域教育均衡发展。

Abstract:It is necessary to study the effective approaches so as to improve the school-based research in Ankang area.It has been proved that those measures,as to have cooperation,to promote the superior fields,to set models in teaching,and to have teacher-training programs,can improve the teachers professional abilities in class-teaching efficiently.With the concept of"Cooperation"and"Example-Setting",we have had the achievements as up-grading the teachers abilities,narrowing the gaps between the unban and rural regions,and balanced the teaching qualities.
