| 摘 要： | 从微观主体科研机构研发投入现状的角度,以协同学为基础,利用复合系统整体协调度模型,研究测算了我国1992—2006年间科研机构研发投入与经济发展之间的协调度,结果表明,我国科研机构研发投入与经济的协调性在所对比的国家中较高,且呈现逐年提高的态势,但这种提高主要依靠研发经费的增长,而科学家、工程师的投入数量却显不足。主要发达国家的科研机构研发经费投入呈先增长后下降态势。
