我国职业教育产教融合的经验、瓶颈及出路

摘    要:深化产教融合是构建现代职业教育体系的基础,也是促进我国人力资源开发的保障。在过去40年的发展历程中,我国职业教育产教融合经过积极探索,将产业发展中的先进技术、优秀文化、具体需求融入到职业教育教学改革与专业建设中,为产教融合发展积累了丰富的经验。但在产教融合实践中,学校职业教育制度的认知误区,相关政策体系与配套机制不健全以及产教供需对接的不畅通是制约其发展的现实瓶颈。因此,在未来的产教融合实践中,应该大力优化其发展环境,提升职业院校、行业企业双向融通的能力,构建双向融通的渠道与平台,进而实现产教融合的深度发展。

Abstract:Deepening the integration of production and education is the foundation for constructing a modern vocational education system and also the guarantee for the development of human resources in China.In the course of development over the past 40 years,the integration of production and education in vocational education in China has been actively explored,integrating advanced technology,excellent culture and specific needs in industrial development into the reform and professional construction of vocational education,accumulating for the integration of production and education.rich experience.However,in the practice of integration of production andeducation,the cognitive misunderstanding of the school's vocational education system,the lack of relevant policy systems and supporting mechanisms and the unsmooth communication between supply and demand of production and education are the real bottlenecks restricting their development.Therefore,in the future practice of integration of production and education,we should vigorously optimize its development environment,enhance the ability of two-way facilities for vocational colleges and industry enterprises,and build a channel and platform for two-way integration,so as to realize the in-depth development of the integration of production and education.
