| 摘 要： | 通过加大全民体育生活化的宣传力度 ,加强对体育欠发达地区的帮扶工作 ,加快体育生活化的法律保障体系建设 ,积极发掘和改造民族传统体育文化 ,围绕娱乐与健康两大主题 ,深化学校体育改革和提倡个体体育行为的随意性等 ,来加快全民体育生活化的进程。

| Abstract: | The progress of promoting nation wide civil sports can be quickened by means of reinforcing the propaganda work for nation wide civil sports, helping the development of sports in under developed areas, quickening the construction of law systems, improving and exploring the traditional sports culture, deepening the reform of sports and advocating the individuality in sports activities. |
