| 摘 要： | 通过对衡阳师院体育代表队将参加第六届湖南省大学生运动会的几名投掷运动员的观察分析，发现参赛的投掷运动员存在一些心理障碍，并对其进行了赛前运动心理诊断和采取相应的心理训练，取得了初步的成效，同时，对心理训练提出了几点建议。

| Abstract: | Observing and analysing the hurling training of several athletes of Hengyang Teachers College's sports delegation who would participate in the 6th Sports meeting of Hunan Prooince,I found the athletes had some psycho1ogical barriers. By giving them the psychological diagnosis and appropriate psychological training before the contest,I gained some valuable coaching experience. Moreover,I shared these suggestions on the psycholog-ical training with other coaches. |
