沈阳体育学院体育专业大学生心理防御机制特点研究

为了解沈阳体育学院体育专业大学生心理防御机制特点,采用防御方式问卷(DSQ)对334名体育专业大学生进行调查。结果发现:体育专业大学生更多运用成熟防御机制,有时也用投射、消耗倾向等不成熟或中间型防御机制;在心理防御机制运用上体育专业大学生存在性别、生源、是否独生子女和经济条件方面的差异,表明心理防御机制是影响沈阳体育学院体育专业大学生心理健康的重要因素,应该重视并加强心理防御机制的教育。

Psychological Defense Mechanism Features of Students Majoring in Physical Education of Shenyang Sport University

In order to understand the psychological defense mechanism features of students majoring in PE in Shenyang Sport University,this paper carried out a defensive style questionnaire(DSQ) to 334 college students majoring in PE.The results show that:college students majoring in PE use more mature defense mechanism,and sometimes also use immature or intermediate-defense mechanism with projection and consumption tendency;On the operation of psychological defense mechanism,there exist differences in sex,students source,whether the are the only child or not and economic conditions.It indicates that psychological defense mechanism is the important factor which affects the mental health of students majoring in PE of Shenyang Sport University,and we should attach importance to and strengthen the education of psychological defense mechanism.
