教练员、运动员参训动机与运动员效能的相关性研究

通过问卷调研法和典型相关分析法，以河南省39名教练员和411名运动员为研究对象，探讨河南教练员、运动员参训动机与运动员效能的关系。结果表明：教练员、运动员参训动机与运动员效能整体良好；教练内在动机、教练外在动机与教练满意、团队满意和团队表现呈负相关，与个人表现呈正相关；教练满意、团队满意、团队表现和个人表现呈正相关；运动员认同调节、内射调节、外在调节与教练满意、团队满意、团队表现和个人表现呈正相关；运动员无动机与教练满意、团队满意、团队表现和个人表现呈负相关。

Coaches, Athletes Training Motivation and Athlete Performance Correlation Study
